We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-call, no-show appointments may affect future booking availability.

All skincare sales are final; we do not accept returns. To ensure your products work to their full potential, allow 3–4 weeks of consistent use. If you notice a small or minimal breakout during this period, this may be “purging”, a temporary process where the skin accelerates cell turnover to remove impurities. However, if breakouts are more severe or widespread across the face, discontinue use and consult your esthetician before continuing the product.
